I specialize in collaborating with entrepreneurs and professionals across various fields, encompassing Ph.D. candidates, corporate or trade workers, government officials, authors, non-profit leaders, and more. Employing a straightforward and adaptable approach, I assist clients in identifying and addressing challenges through writing, editing, and consulting, ultimately helping them reshape their narrative.

With a background spanning 8 years in corporate strategy and consulting (5 of the years in Senior-Level or Director-Level roles), approximately 12 years of professional writing and editing experience, and 4 years of experience in Project Management, ScrumMaster, and Data Analytics, my expertise is diverse. I specialize in Program & Project Management, where I've successfully developed and optimized PMO processes for projects as substantial as $400M, serving government entities and brick-and-mortar retail organizations. I also have expertise in guiding small business owners and individuals through the RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, particularly those aspiring to secure government contracts lasting one to three years. Since 2020, my clients have successfully secured contracts from both state and federal government agencies, accumulating a total value of $300K.

Collaborating with C-suite executives, I've contributed to crafting strategy initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and financial sustainability across the United States and Canada. Since 2019, I've secured over $3M in federal, state, and foundation grants for small businesses, non-profits, faith-based organizations, schools, and individuals. Notable grantors include the National Science Foundation, Feed the Children, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Bacardi, and the Walmart Foundation.

My educational background includes The University of Southern Mississippi, The University of Chicago, Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance, and professional editing and writing courses from Poynter ACES. My technical skills are expert-level in Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio and Power BI), proficiency in Tableau Data Visualization, and mastery of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com.
