  • The number of clients I handle per week can vary based on the project, and I'm capable of working with up to 10 clients.   • Project turnaround times vary, typically beginning at seven (7) business days for an initial draft but potentially extending up to six (6) months. For detailed information about the turnaround time specific to your service, please consult your comprehensive agreement.

  • Depending on the project, our pricing could be counted using an hourly rate, a project-based rate (one-time fee), per page, and word. This information can be discussed through an inquiry, or find detailed pricing on my business page.

    Projects under $600 must be paid in full using the invoice. For projects over $600, payment options are available with the remaining balance(s) paid 2-3 days before the draft is completed.

  • I prioritize secure measures to safeguard your confidentiality and security. Information will not be displayed nor disclosed to anyone beyond the individuals mentioned in the agreement. All projects are secure on a password-encrypted hard drive.

  • References are available for manuscript projects, dissertation/thesis projects, and grant writing only. Depending on the service, an example may be given. Please inquire for more information.

  • We recommend using email communication, but there could still be a delay in reply. Consult your comprehensive agreement for details on turnaround time and the anticipated date of draft(s), as this information will be specified there

  • Certainly! Yes, typically, most projects include a provision for up to three revisions. Refer to your detailed agreement for additional information regarding the specific revision terms associated with your service

  • After payment is processed, project cancellations are not possible. Invoices will automatically be canceled if overdue by more than 2 days. Refunds are generally not issued, with certain exceptions. A comprehensive agreement will be provided to outline specific conditions under which a refund may be considered for your service.

  • Great question! For most projects, an inquiry can be made through our business page or by email. Once all information has been provided to help me understand the project needs, I will send over a comprehensive agreement specific to your request. This will include turnaround time, pricing (not including tax), any policies, an iteration of services being performed, as well as disclaimers to help you feel more comfortable about doing business with me. The agreement will be attached to an invoice that must be paid prior to services starting.
